When reading the headline, you may be thinking two things: First, what is this huge design conference that Elevated is attending? And secondly, heck yeah education and collaboration are important!
Here we go…
So what is this huge design conference that Elevated is attending?
The AIGA annual design conference is one of the largest design events in the country. At this four day educational and inspirational event attendees collaborate and learn from world renowned creative, agency, and tech leaders. There’s also professional training, competitions, exhibitions, networking events, and face-to-face round tables with international design superstars. The event takes place in Las Vegas October 17-19, 2016 and is the “comic-con” of design for creative professionals! Heck Yeah! Education is Imperative!
If you are not moving forward and learning new things, you are standing still, and you may be making ugly designs. Eak, that’s a scary thought. At Elevated, we geek out over exploring new styles, design strategies, and collaborations across diverse teams. It leads to better work and is a win-win for our clients and our team.
Digital marketing also changes quickly. Digital parameters and creative insights are always evolving, so events and conferences like this one help open the door for designers to collaborate and grow creatively. Through our involvement and partnerships in the industry, we have also thrown events with AIGA and Google to share insights with other industry leaders. Keep an eye out for future events about SEO, CRO (conversion rate optimization), UX (user experience) and more. Wink wink.
If you are also attending the AIGA design conference, please stop by and say “hi”. I’m Monica Moon, the Interactive Creative Director at Elevated, and love to collaborate with other designers. Feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about Elevated or meet up at the AIGA design conference to chat about fun design stuff.
