Gamalon wanted to use email marketing automation to get the most out of a their recent white paper.

The Challenge


Gamalon wanted to track where customers lost interest in the White Paper content. After a brief discovery Elevated recommended integrating Hotjar with Gamalon's HubSpot account. Then, using HubSpot's email marketing, landing page, and downloads functionality Elevated built a workflow that guided the customer through each step incorporating heatmapping to determine where customers were losing interest.   

THE RESULTS


Integrating Hotjar with HubSpot ties heatmapping activity to specific users. This allows companies to track heatmapping activies by personas and delivering more actionable results.
