CHALLENGE
Evolve the Visit Carlsbad homepage, navigation and footer to improve the customers experience and drive conversions in tandem with marketing efforts.
SOLUTION
Design: Introduced a new design and simplified user paths on the home page. As a result the viewer was able to get where they want to go in fewer clicks, and have a better over all brand experience.This was accomplished by completing a content audit and workshop to define the hierarchy of information and enhance the focus of priority information. Also provided a new feature for surf, weather and other perks that enhance the users experience.
